Scope
These terms apply to personal homelab services operated by Ron Heft that link to these terms or explicitly identify them as their terms. The services are for personal and authorized use. They are not a public commercial hosting offering. Contact ron@ronaldheft.com with questions.
Accounts and responsible use
Use only accounts, systems, and content you are authorized to access. Protect your credentials and notify Ron if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt services, or use the services unlawfully. An invitation or working URL does not authorize access to another person’s data.
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize the processing needed to carry out the features you choose. Only connect accounts and synchronize content when you have permission to do so, including any required permission from an employer or another account owner.
Integrations and calendar synchronization
Independent providers and software publishers have their own terms. These shared terms do not replace them or imply their endorsement.
Keeper Homelab can create, change, and delete synchronized events in destination calendars. Check calendar mappings and sharing settings before enabling synchronization. Copies may be visible to people with access to a destination calendar. Disconnection or revocation does not necessarily remove existing copies. Keep an independent copy of information you need to preserve.
Availability and ending access
These services are personally maintained and may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. There is no guaranteed uptime, response time, or recovery service. Ron may restrict access to protect security or address misuse. You may stop using a service at any time and request deletion as described in the privacy policy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or data loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Contact Ron if a change affects your use of a service.
